We have compiled a series of frequently asked questions which will hopefully assist you with your query fast rather than waiting for us.

How long will my item/s take to be delivered?

The time varies for each item depending on who our supplier is. We source some products directly from manufacturers and others from distributors. In an effort to be as transparent as possible, each product which we estimate to be delivered outside of 14 days will have an estimated delivery time at the bottom of the description.

I have not received my item, how can I find out where it is?

We utilize 17Track as our tracking website. Go to www.17track.net/en and type in the tracking number you were provided when your item was shipped (if tracking is available for that item).

I can't track my item, is it lost?

More often than not, your item is not lost at all. We have found some courier companies are quite efficient with their tracking updates whilst others will only have an update when it leaves the warehouse and when the item is delivered.

If you have been waiting outside of our estimated delivery time in the product description, please contact us. Unfortunately, there are times where parcels get lost. This is outside the bounds of our control but please contact us if you believe this has happened to you.

I'm looking for (insert product), can you get it?

In short - yes! We have established a wide network of suppliers which allows us to source many products which we do not have on our site. The reason they are not on our site is because we may not have allocated funding for that particular item but that doesn't mean we cannot source it for you. Get in touch and ask us if we can get what you're looking for. We will always aim to beat the prices of our competitors and you'll know that your purchases has helped towards the never ending battle with mental health issues in emergency services.

Can I get custom shirts printed?

Absolutely! We have begun printing in-house which means versatility to do whatever we want. If you have an idea, run it past us. The simple fact is the more you purchase through us, the more we are able to donate or create events to support emergency services personnel struggling.

There will generally be a setup fee however, it'll be less than anywhere else in Australia!

Can I request a quote?

Yes. You may request a quote at anytime for items you want sourced or a bulk order. Bulk orders of 10 or more products will attract a discount. You will need to contact us and request an invoice prior to purchasing a bulk orders.

I received my quote, am I obliged to purchase?

We hope that we made you extremely happy with our prices, customer service and quality of our products, but no, you are not obliged to purchase anything. Our quotes will however have an expiration date and you will need to request a new quote if you change your mind after this date.

Can I get express shipping?

Yes and no. There are certain items that we are able to express ship to you whilst others which we cannot. It's always worth asking however so get in touch with us if you would like to inquire about express shipping.
